Senior Fitness – Low Impact Aerobics

These Aerobic Classes are offered only during the day and are focused on serving seniors.  In other words, these classes will not jar your joints, but will make them feel better.  Taught by American Council on Exercise [ACE]certified instructor and coach Debbie Snell. Classes offered every weekday in Portage and Vicksburg.  Check on Calendar for scheduling.

What Should I Expect?

All classes promote health and well being and include attention to Building Flexibility through Stretching, Increasing Strength, Improving Balance, and Improving your Cardiovascular Health.
